Designed to offer a global overview of the hospitality and tourism industry. The course explores the inner workings of various components of lodging, food service and entertainment organisations. On completion students will be able to gain a better understanding of the hospitality and tourism business. Students will identify the profile and travel patterns of travellers, their needs and requirements and how resources are managed to meet those needs.

The aims and objectives of this course are to teach and train participants the basic procedures and correct way to handle chips and cards.
